I think walking every day has helped my appreciate our wildlife, nature etc.&nbsp; and I am really glad I am still here to see it.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Woo Hoo - I have done what I can with the cake until I get the large bottom tier.&nbsp; I wont even put the top tier on the middle one as it makes it too hard to put the two of them joined together onto the bottom one.&nbsp; It is easier to build up from the bottom.&nbsp; That means I haven't piped around the bottom edge or put any flowers on as both will sit on the tier underneath it.&nbsp; I quite pleased with how it is coming long even though it is not my choice of a wedding cake.&nbsp; I do notice, as I age, my work is not as fine as it used to be.&nbsp; I used to make lace out of royal icing then stick it on 1 piece at a time.&nbsp; Don't do that anymore.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I am waiting for our daugher to call in - she lives in Melbourne but teaches dance up here, usually of a Saturday but because the local show was on yesterday, she is up today.&nbsp;
