(if you can get some healthy specimens from nearby) &nbsp;My dear mum became a dab hand at grafting once she had been shown by a friend... we had 3 different types of peaches and 2 nectarines all growing on the one tree! It was like a fruit salad all in one spot LOL!</P><P>I think (not 100% sure) that she grafted cherries onto a plum tree - that plum tree was probably the one thing that didn't just GROW for her.... she had such a green thumb that even the sticks she stuck in to support her pea plants would shoot!&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Freddie, interesting hearing that cherries are good for arthritis. I am taking rosehip supplements for my hands, and they definitely help alot! ( this is an area under a tree and along the back fence where I let some of those long bladed weeds the dogs like to eat for their digestion grow, and they can dig without getting into strife. It had been overrun by some kind of creeper. It was a beggar to remove andthen leave some of the right weeds behind!)</P><P>Now I am saying goodnight!
