    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not if they were paid on the one invoice and/or has the same tracking number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The dispute is opened for the entire contents of the parcel, or at least the contents that should be in that parcel because they were paid on the same invoice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Couple of weeks ago I bought 3 items from non eBay site and paid for them together.&amp;nbsp; The 1st item arrived on its own and is totally different from the photos in listing; different color, different texture of knit, different shape, different buttons....&amp;nbsp; The tracking number for the 3 items is the same, but it will be easy to prove only one was in the parcel as the weight is on the satchel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i notified the seller and told them I want to see what the other 2 are like before returning this one, just in the case they are as bad fakes as this one.&amp;nbsp; They told me I have a week to send it back.&amp;nbsp; Can I open "not as described case" for one item an later open separate cases for "not received" or "not as described" for the other 2, after the 1st case is closed??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
