Terrible accident no 2

Respectfully announcing the untimely passing of a 30 year career Police Officer of the neighouring State of South Australia , the result of a three car collision in suburbia Adelaide at 1:40PM yesterday afternoon

This fatal car incident involved 3 cars at an intersection , one of which was driving quick enough to become airborne

Another female driver passed away at the scene

The police officers husband who was driving survived

Nobody's saying policing isn't a high risk occupation...

They probably do not get paid enough and I think an additional 2 week holiday sometime during winter would reduce stress somewhat.

The media might " sensationalise" the death of a police officer because maybe possibly they and the army are the only organisations that are ultimately maintaining societies lawful order and so stopping Australia from sliding into violently factionalised gangland economic and social anachy

The Officer's husband who was driving, a retired Police officer , while injured was discharged from hospital.

This fatal car incident involved 3 cars at an intersection , one of which was driving quick enough to become airborne

Another female driver passed away at the scene

Another male driver was badly injured
