It could be successfully argued that those who are considered "muppets and morons" because they contribute colour and happy pictures/posts without the need to be "for or against" clearly aggressive comments to this kind of forum, are those who do not feel the need to juxtapose with those who do.

I am happy to be counted as one of the "muppets and morons" on Community Spirit ..... and wait with joy for Friday, when Kopenhagen brings more inclusion for everyone here, without discrimination or judgement.

Hi tasfleur, I like cats and there's nothing wrong with cat video posts and a couple of other things. That's not what chameleon54 was referring to. He just mentioned that because basically that's all that is left.

It's a known fact that a certain bunch of people here don't allow certain subjects to be discussed. When they get discussed the thread gets loaded up with nonsense posts and people who post things that challenge the official narrative get attacked

It's obvious that chameleon54 likes to discuss issues that he thinks relate to where we are heading as a society and what affects our society. At times I disagree with him and on occasion there's times I do agree. And chameleon54 has also mentioned about members who no longer come here to discuss things. This is because they are sick of being attacked or ridiculed. Sadly now a female member who discussed interesting subjects seldom bothers to come here. I certainly don't agree with a couple of people she endorses but I respect her for her intellect and understanding of what's happening to the world. Anyway, back to chameleon54, he's a man with a farm who does physical work and other stuff. He may like to kick back in between jobs or after work is done and come on line to discuss certain things that interest him. But if that's been ruined by a certain clique then it's no wonder he gets frustrated.

There's been cyber bullying going on for years. One member who mentioned bullying had lies posted about him, lies saying he was a crook basically. That of course was untrue. I won't say who the woman was who posted this lie. I'll just say that it was totally uncalled for.

Hi there 4channel. I note your points and don't necessarily entirely disagree. Conversely, it's not "all there is left" though regarding posters who legitimately have a meaningful place in an open forum. I have read many of Chameleon's posts for years and have no argument with much of the content. I cannot agree with everything; he wouldn't expect me to anyway, same as you would not.

Bullying is a form of social media "cannibalism"; answering opinions do not not need to be degrading, insulting and emotionally violent, but no matter what forum one visits, it is lurking there. Seems to be the "brave new world" of keyboard only screen dwellers who would never be seen in real life to treat friends, or others, that way without consequences and repercussions.
