I contacted One Big Switch in October 2012 and changed from OE to EA, still waiting and no end of problems. How hard is it ??? I have now had to contact the ombudsman's office&nbsp;and make a formal complaint as OE are blaming EA and visa versa,&nbsp;neither will take responsibility and sort it out, also have no idea who I am with as there are a few properties involved. I would hate to think what would happen if I ran my business like either of these companies.
