I see, I already asked ebay to step in to get the refund in the first place, after they sent the label, i put the tracking details and now the case appears to be closed, i can't update anything about the refund. I think i will have to call eBay, no way around it -.-

I returned an item using a prepaid auspost label provided from eBay, however, the address on the label was the seller's previous/old address, he now lives somewhere else. I think from here on it should be up to the seller to sort things out.

I don't want to have to keep chasing this up even more, how can I get my refund?

Yes, seller's fault for not updating their details with ebay.

Ask ebay to step in on the case to get your refund.

Use the 'Call me back' option.

You'll get a better CS person, and not some overseas operator reading off a screen.
