How can we help when this is the first you have posted about it?

Nobody here took your money

Nobody here has anything to do with the transaction

Rather than falsely blame other members for whatever happened, maybe let us know WHAT happened

The seller is unlikely to be reading here, eBay are 100% not reading here

How and when did you pay?

What did you buy ? I hope you didn't pay by direct deposit into the seller's bank account because if you did you have NO buyer protection at all.

You are not messaging ebay. You are on a public messageboard that is hosted on the ebay website.

But we're just ebay members, same as you.

If by chance you do come back here, we can at least tell you you need to contact ebay direct, perhaps via chat.
Go to the 'help' tab at the bottom of the page and click on that, follow the links.

Before you do that though, get some facts on paper ready. They will want to know the item number of your transaction, when you paid, how you paid etc. Don't assume they know it all, they don't, you'll have to tell them step by step.
