Hello I just received a message from Ebay saying that the gopro I ordered is on its way .IDID NOT ORDER A GOPRO AND THEY HAVE CHARGED ME $504.84. Can you please check with SELLER AND ADVISE THEM THAT i DID NT PURCHASE THE gopro AND COULD THEY PLEASE REIMBURSE MY ACCOUNT FOR THE SUM OF $504.84.

People here are other members like you and we cannot contact the seller for you, nor give you money

Are you sure this was a real email and not a scam?

Do not click on any links in the email

Is this in your actual eBay messages ?

If you go directly to your account site (not via the email) has the money actual come out?

Sounds like a fake amount of money that scammers use to try to trick people into clicking on the link in the scam email

You will need to contact eBay. eBay don't read the boards and those members who do cannot do anything.

Have you checked your account? Have you checked with your household?

If you indeed didn't order the item you will need to contact eBay (Help at the top of every page then Chat with us) and get the payment stopped, if you can. It would seem your account has been hijacked, but I am unsure of the procedure for fixing that.

Is there something in your purchase history showing an actual transaction?

Have you checked any credit card you have on file, or Paypal, to see if it is true?

As mentioned, also go to your Ebay message centre and check to see if there is a confirmation.
