Hi there, I purchased a fortnite bundle yesterday and In the description it said I was supposed to get six digital codes. I have received the confirmation email saying I have payed for it but there was no codes there. I have checked my eBay messages and emails and havnt received anything else. I have also contacted the seller and he hasn’t replied. Is there a way I can find these codes. Or what else should I do ??

Be patient and wait for the seller to reply to your query, you only contacted them yesterday. It's the weekend, and sellers don't all sit on their computers all day and night waiting for questions.

OP - was the item listed in the Everything Else > Information Products category in the classified ad format?

Unlike other sites where digital content is delivered together with payment, I believe that the seller has to send the information separately as there is no way on Ebay to pre-load the digital content. However, if the seller is listing anywhere else other than in the category above, they are in violation of the T&C's which may raise flags for authenticity.

What is the item number?
