Ebay you have the worst customer service contact, you have sent me a message saying my item has been returned to the seller but no reason why or any way in which to contact you regarding the matter. I just want my item I paid for!

You will need to tell eBay your feelings, they do not read the member to member forum

Nobody here sent you a message or has your item or your money

What happened when you tried to contact 'eBay help' (next to the bell at the top of every page) did you try during their operational hours?

Did the item get returned because of an incorrect address on the package?

Where you meant to collect it from the post office but did'nt?

Have you contacted the seller?

Or Australia Post to see if they can shed any light?

Ebay don't actually deliver anything, thats done by Australia Post or a courier, Ebay would have only gotten the tracking information from the delivery company, and that wont tell them why it was returned.
