Hi, I ordered 2 quantities of 10x350mm heavy-duty universal clasp hangers for plastic pots.

But I received yesterday 11pcs in the packed? Please anyone can explain I get confused I need assistance, please?

First contact the seller if the item you received is not a described, and if the seller is not helpful open an "item not as described" case.

It sounds to me that you first bought 1 then a pack of ten.

But check with your seller.

Double check your order details, the listing and description.

If the seller has definitely sent the incorrect quantity, then open a case for Not as Described. The onus will then be on the seller to refund, or send postage funds if they want you to return it. Under no circumstances should you pay to return anything that is defective or incomplete.
