Hi,

I had an awful experience with a seller on eBay who cancelled the order after I paid for it. eBay issued a refund via PayPal, which is how I paid. But the refund (2 days past) is nowhere to be seen in my bank account. What is your experience with refund issues by eBay timewise?

I think it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Depends on the bank which was the source of funds. Some banks are quicker than others.

Have you checked your Paypal account?

If you paid with Paypal, you may have had funds there to pay, and that's where it's been repaid.

Thanks, everyone. So good to read your responses. I checked everywhere bank accounts and Paypal. The bank said that if I don't get the refund within 10 days, I can open a dispute. I will have to be patient for a few more days; it's annoying! Thanks again 😊
