I'm trying to contact a seller as they cancelled two won actions on me without consultation and within time frames.

I have sent numerous messages with no replies.

I have tried getting Ebay to step to resolve the issue but customer service is pathetic

and sends you round in circles.

Realistically there's nothing you can do if a seller cancels your bid on an item, but depending on how they do it they can end up with a defect on their selling account.

On day 4, cancel citing non-payment & then you can re-list

eBay are not going to force a seller to sell

I'm not sure what you want other members to do about it

If you did get an 'answer' from eBay cs it would be a pre-written response from their script telling you they will contact the seller for you

Which would just be to get you 'off the line'

I guess do you really want to deal with a seller who treats you like that.

Move on and have an enjoyable day, don't waste time on problem sellers.

Sometimes I think it would be helpful if buyers could have a "blocked sellers" list similar to sellers "blocked buyers" list. That way we wouldn't have to keep a mental list of sellers we would rather avoid.

Try to find the item you want elsewhere, it's not worth the aggravation to continue to deal with someone who repeatedly does you over. Iff you keep coming back for more then you must be a glutton for punishment.

Neither of you have enough purchases to be confused as to who you did or didn't buy from.

FYI - left hand side of search page. Scroll down to 'more filters, then scroll to 'seller'

Put a comma between sellers, if more than one.

Don't forget to hit save.

You will never see their listings again.

Use a bookmark if you use that search all the time.

You have to do it all again for a different search.

If you paid, then you need to get your money back. That's your main priority.

But I am assuming that the seller probably refunded you when they cancelled?

If so, then the matter is resolved. Not to your satisfaction, I know, as you wanted the items but you're not going to get them.

Have a little think. How can ebay resolve it? They don't employ people to go round to people's houses to forcibly collect items.

All they can do is ensure you get your refund (if you paid) and in some cases, give a seller account a defect.

Stop messaging the seller, they are not going to reply.
