    <description>&lt;P&gt;Easy to work out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you buy something?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, did you pay with Paypal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, it could be legit. Unlikely given sellers should be uploading tracking to the sale, not sending pdfs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, of course it is a scam. Have they asked you to do anything? If not it is more likely to be phishing than an outright scam&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The body of the email you have included also screams scam. But only you know your particular circumstances, so only you can answer your question.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had one just like this sent to an email account&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;associated with eBay, along with numerous other scam and phishing type emails. If there is nothing that you have bought and no notifications in eBay messages then - scam. If you clicked on the download you may wish to perform a virus/ malware scan as pdf can sometimes contain Trojans( and yes I can see Gmail scanned it- check again to be sure, to be sure&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":four_leaf_clover:"&gt;🍀&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
