There are many threads here about cancelling Smarty Cashback and the reasons why they charge $19. Just type "smarty" in "search all content".

Did you accept a voucher from them that started a trial membership you didn't cancel, so your membership became paid membership after a month?

Only you can cancel

You do not get you money back that you owe for signing up, agreeing to the fees when you ticked the box that you 'read and agreed to'

Other members are not responsible for giving you money to pay your fees
