ebay, i have just spent 15 minutes replying to this sellers offer for a fridge controller.
I gave fridge details, current ratings, Watts, name, Voltages etc, upon submitting the information to the seller your Pop Up Message deleted all my info because it said i had sent personal information/details...... I didn't.
I now risk losing the opportunity to purchase this unit because of the stupidity of your Automated system & policy standards
I will not spend more time trying to resend the information at risk of repeating the loss/deletion again.
What do you intend to do to correct this problem?

The ebay Automated System wouldn't let me send the above message either, so here i am writing another letter on a Automated Pop Up.... ?

Nobody here is responsible for your issue, nobody here can fix your issue and posting here is not communicating with eBay

You are posting on the member to member forum, not on any 'automated popup' (this is an actual website/forum/proper site) nothing to do with an automated popup

question. Why did you need to send all that info to the seller? was the compatibility info not included in their listing?

I had a look thro the feedback you have left as a buyer..

go through that feedback and i think you will find the issue your referencing
