ARAMEX COURIERS..

Reasons on why People should NOT buy from sellers who use ARAMEX Couriers.

IN FACT EBAY SHOULD HAVE THEM STRUCK OF THE LIST OF CHOICES.

AS I AM SURE THEY HAVE MORE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM AND HAVE COST THEM HEAPS IN LOST OR STOLLEN ITEMS IN THE LAST FEW YEARS THAN ANY OTHER COURIER COMPANY.

SO Where do I start..

1. Aramex Couriers Don't Give a **bleep** about peoples parcels or items.

2. They DON'T insure your parcels and won't take liability for damaged or Lost items

3. They some times take photo's of the items. But the photos are often taken in places that are not the place of where the items are suppose to be delivered too.

4. Most of their couriers CAN'T read English or Numbers.

5. Aramex tracking system.. Well lets just say "WHAT" tracking system.

6. Their couriers have a very bad habit of throwing parcels over fences so that they get broken and damaged.

7. Or Leaving them in the middle of the Road or driveways so that they can get run over.

8. They also like to leave them out in the rain so that they get wet and damaged.

9. Some of their drivers only seem to deliver parcels when they feel like it. and when they don't they just either drop them at what ever house they like and Take a Very close up image of it with no house number showing

10. in some cases they just throw them in to a skip bin or in to the bush.

YES ALL THESE ARE TRUE . I have seen some of it with my own eyes and experienced it first hand.

in one instant, I had a message from Aramex saying my parcel was being delivered today. Come 5.00 PM no courier. When I contacted the driver I asked him if he had my parcel and where my parcels was. I was Shocked and nearly fell over backwards when I received a reply in an Indian Voice saying, and I quote. "DO YOU REALLY WANT IT". WHAT DO YOU SAY AND FEEL TO THAT KIND OF RESPONSE. So E bay if you read this it's time for you to start doing your part and implementing to safety and quality protocols. and Ban people from using this very shonky courier company. If you don't this will mean that you are not much better than TEMU when it comes to protecting customers. I Personally and Business wise will NEVER use ARAMEX nor would I ever recommend them to any body.

No need to yell at other members

The majority of people are well aware of their reputation

Your post is not going to make any more of a difference than the other hundreds of posts already on here about them (after all, all those many many posts did not deter you from buying off a seller who used them)

Buyers are free to buy from whoever they choose

Buyers have the option to ask the seller which courier they use before they buy

And eBay are not going to read this, since it is the member to member forum which eBay very rarely read

Even if they did happen to bother to read it, they are not going to 'ban' any seller from using whatever courier they choose

And to add, every buyer has the option to use the MBG if a parcel does not arrive

In fact eBay strongly advocate Sendle, a courier broker that, among others, uses Aramex. Because Sendle use the cheapest courier for the destination.

I have had stuff delivered by Aramex, not through eBay, in a timely manner, but I live major metro.

I recently bought a couple of things on ebay and they arrived via Aramex.

I think, from memory, some of the seller's feedback mentioned that and complained their particular items were slow to arrive.

My two items arrived in reasonable time, I had no problem with them (I am in metro Melb).

But I did mention in my feedback that Aramex delivered, just in case that info helps other buyers decide.

From what I can gather, Aramex is fine in some areas, just not so good in others.
