Desperate help!

HI All,

I bought few things online and couple of items didn't turn up, the payment was already made and its been more then 90 days. I tried to contact the seller but no response. I contacted ebay still no help. is there any possibilities i get my money back or the product or i have no hope??? please help!!!

why have you waited 90 days?

that's just crazy

you can claim thru PayPal if you put a dispute in within 45days, and you can have an extended 20 days from then to escalate to a claim so anything, coming from anywhere, should arrive before 65days.

you get 60 days from ebay to leave feedback

no one should EVER EVER wait 90days

sorry but you have lost that money now, expensive lesson learned.

If it is the seller you left a feedback reply too mentioning contacting the authorities it's way more than 90 days...it is over 7 MONTHS ago....nohing anyone can do now.

If you paid with PP funding the purchase with your credit card you can try to get your bank to do chargeback. But most banks also have a time limit on that.

Arrr dude 3 months didnt it occure earlier something was wrong.

Is the seller responding to emails ? Im guessing not.

Thats not good , Is the items worth much is there much money involved.

If you paid buy credit card you could ask your bank for a charge back but 3mths im not sure they would do it.

All you can do if the seller isn`t responding is maybe have a talk to your local police station and explain what has happened because Ebay wont help now its a long time over due.

I feel sorry for you I to have been ripped off and its not a nice feeling.

I wish I could suggest something else but even the ombudsman isn`t going to be able to help you much I feel but you could contact them and explain your situation.

If its a large amount of money police are your only avenue. If its a small amount Im afraid its gone. It just wouldn`t be worth them chasing it up.

If you ever buy anything of ebay or any other site and you do not have it with in 2 weeks and the seller does not respond or refuses to help make a claim with paypal immediately.

Thank you all for your reply tho
