I can't help with that, but just want to ask is this for a Paypal claim?

If it is, you may not need to send them back, depending on what the issue is. If it is prohibitively expensive, taking into account their value.

Paypal number is 1800-073-263. Tell them the cost of return, and send them anything they might need to verify the cost.

If there was something wrong with them, only send them back when Paypal tells you to as part of an item not described claim, to the address Paypal gives you, to ensure you get a refund of your initial payment.

If the seller has said to send them back, you may not see your money again unless you open a claim and handle a return officially through Paypal...it has happened to me.
