Problems with <REMOVED>..products are being auctioned and won but not sent. Refunds made sometimes without notification. Has been happening since mid February. Problem needs to be rectified.

Perhaps you should contact ebay about this, let them deal with the issue - and it does sound like it needs investigating, but if ebay don't know they can't do anything about it.

Did you buy something from them?

Did you pay by PayPal, have you opned a dispute???????????????
