Can some one please tell me where I go to ask seller a question am totally lost thanks

In the listing below the description on the left hand side is a blue link that says "ask a question"

Otherwise click on their username in the top part of the listing, and to the rightish of that will be a link to "contact member". also through their feedback score link too

If you have already purchased from the seller (as in you are in a transaction with them) you can pull the contact details via eBay and phone them.
