    <description>&lt;P&gt;If it states looks like or style report the listing and don't buy unless you are prepared to accept a counterfeit item. Compatible makes it very clear that it is a generic brand which will work/fit with the brand it is meant to be compatible with.&amp;nbsp; None of them are misleading but the first two are not allowed and the third one is acceptable within certain guidelines.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have won cases for false listing full refunds (only lost with return postage)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if in the description states: look-like ,style ,compatible........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will that mean I could or maybe lose the case ......????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where does paypay /e-bay draw the line between false or misleading ..???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;surely you can't sell a car listed as a holden when it's not ....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
