Any ideas how to do it??

Thank you

I just ignore them, and type in a new feedback pertaining to that transaction. I think it's probably due to cookies and clearing out past history etc from your browser. I suggest you clear your cookies by going to tools and options in your browser. That might remove the unwanted feedback.

Also check your settings on the app / browser or iPad and make sure any auto-fill options are switched off.
