, I went to see and doesn't have any serial number, the smiles are red( original is brown), batch bowl is larger than original, the letters in base baby bullet aren't center with letters magic bullet, though it was cheaper because doesn't bring bonus book( baby bullet dr jj ) went to see feedback of this seller ozhappybuy and more costumers are saying same thing it's fake copy from china, I tried open a case against him but you or him closed until now he didn't resolved anything ,Now I can't get my money back ,don't know what to do..I contacted brand developers au ( official seller) and they responded this: "Hi, Paul Thank you for your email and sorry to hear about that. The company you have identified as selling the Nutribullet online is nothing to do with us as we are the official stockist/suppliers and sole distributers of the products within Australasia but not the product brand companies or manufacturers, we just sell them through wholesale to retailers and advertise the products on TV for Australia and New Zealand consumers. Tt There have been many copies and replica's being sold online and at various outlets and we usually pass this information onto our marketing department to follow up and stop rogue sellers as the product may be a duplicate although they may look the same as our Nutribullet products including the packaging. If the product has no serial number it may be a copy also if it has a sticker or decal that says Nutribullet. Some customers have reported there bullet blowing up or the cups won't fit or are the wrong shape when they order replacement parts the original cups will not fit the replica motor base. Also some Cups that are replicas do not have a measuring line or have measurements written on the cups, Some may also differ in size. It really is difficult to tell as some of the replicas are that good visually and I suggest if you buy from us at least you have a 30 day money back guarantee and one year warranty for any faults or replacement parts. If you paid with paypal open a dispute for item not as described and get your money back.

If the seller has been removed from ebay it is pretty good proof that the items were fake.

found out I was scammed/fooled with fake NutriBullet when I tried register in official website nutriliving and they asked for serial number, I went to see and doesn't have any serial number and the ledtters in the base come out with a wet finger, i though it was cheaper because doesn't bring bonus book( natural healing foods) went to see feedback of this seller and more costumers are saying same thing it's fake copy from china, I tried open a case against him but it's too late and you closed, sent him several ebay messages but with no success. While I am completely against people selling fakes I have to wonder why you are so upset by getting a fake one of those, there are many other brands on sale most of them at a very much lower price and they work just as well. Mine cost me £20 (about $38) and does everything that a Nutri ripoff will do.

The NutriBullet case it's too late can't do anything. The baby bullet case I already opened a case through PayPal, but the seller refused to resolve this because the open case.. I closed the case..because I thought I can open a dispute again if he doesn't do anything about, I tried today open a new case but with ebay without success, always a message PayPal won't let do it, how can I do it only with eBay?

Don't think so Padi. In this case it is the first I have heard about closing an already opened case.

Following this members multiple posts/threads is like doing a jigsaw puzzle...a piece from here and a piece from there.

Lyndal, there's so many posts that the member has made that it is indeed a jigsaw puzzle, but I'm pretty sure that in one of them the poster said they'd closed a case, so I assume that if they have actually done that then all options are gone.

Shame they didn't take notice of the advice given by members in the early days (or possibly even looked at FB for their sellers..........)

I guess I must have glazed over the post where the OP mentioned closing a dispute.

I was pulled up with a jerk when I posted "Duplicate thread"....it was not a duplicate...one was about a baby bullit and the other about a nutri bullit. But at least the second thread disappeared and the two OPs were left in the same thread....this one.
