So I have been waiting for my package from the us to South Africa for month and its shipped with usps should I be worried?

Also nooza, these are the Australian Boards. Log out and log back in to the South African site. As h b h says, contact the Seller. See what they say. If not happy, then open an Item Not Recieved Case. 1st though, contact the Seller and find out from them.

nooza - due to the months of industrial action in South Africe with their postal service there are still long delays with parcels arriving.

We sent a parcel via express courier International from Australia on the 24th of November which the customer should have received by early December. It sat in customs for weeks and was finally delivered on the 6th of January.

Another parcel we sent on the 2nd of December is still in customs.

If you have tracking for the parcel check on the South Africa Post tracking site. If nothing is showing on the tracking site contact the seller.

Thanks I called the post office and the package was there for 3 weeks never got a slip to pick it up
