Michelle, from what I have read recently on other posts regarding Feedback, there seems to be another Glitch somewhere in the system. Some say they can, others say not. Maybe just send the Sellers a Thank you and explain the situation. Then, when the Glitch is fixed, leave it all then.

I left around 16 feedbacks this morning and had no problems. I think someone suggested trying a different browser? I use Chrome and haven't had any feedback issues at all while this glitch is happening.
