I ordered 14 x magic tricks on 30th. October 2017.

About 4 weeks later, I received 2 tiny elastic hair bands. Of course, I requested satisfaction.

After more than 4 months, and 14 messages between us, I now realise this trader has no intention of rectifying the situation.

He/she issues empty platitudes, stalling tactics, vacuous promises, and never directly addresses the complaint.

I'll refrain from stating any opinion I have of this trader.

I'll simply relate the facts and hopefully alert others to the unprofessional business practices adopted by this company/individual.

The seller is in China with disgusting feedback, I would be surprised to get anything but garbage and excuses from them

Did you use paypal, and if so, did you open a dispute to get your money back?

Paypal give buyers 5 months to do so

Why did you not open a dispute for item not as described and get a refund?

Many sellers especially chinese ones will string you along till it is too late to take action against them

You are not allowed to name and shame here and the ID will be removed once the moderators see it

Just log into PayPal and open a case for INAD to get a refund. (180 day deadline)
