what is PLUS15 offer? you may need to wait a few hours for it to work if it is a new offer today. Many times I have codes and they don't work when i get the email saying to use it. I'd contact ebay using your ebayplus extra special customer service they promised.

I have 2 ebayplus accounts and got no offers?
