How can I list item in 2 categories

I am trying to listing a item that I want to show in 2 categroies. When I do select 2 of them it only gets listed on one. I called eBay about this but they were no help.

A word of warning before proceding, it will cost you extra. List in Category selected, then it says list in another. Press that also.

And you'll keep getting whacked with that fee everytime an item relists.
