For anyone to answer your question, you will need to give more details out. When was it purchased ? What is the item number ? Do not give out the sellers user name though.

What's the bet parkau thinks he/she has contacted ebay itself and assumes they will look up his buying record and trace what item it is.

And get back to him.

Well after sending 8 small parcels thru Aus post finally got a snag.

1 of them has got stuck in Melbourne for 10 days.

Mental note to switch back to couriers.
