You can contact ebay and point out the feedback left is a false positive which is against ebay policy.

However as standing it doesn't effect your account except if others happen to read it.

Not a false positive, kopes got bad fb as a seller.

But didn't cop a red for it????

It's a green dot, why do you want it removed? Buyers only tend to look at feedback closely if it is less than 100% and going by the number of buyer who come to the boards complaining after the have bought from a seller with hundreds of negs very many of them don't look at all.

In a week or two the feedback will be lost in a list of green dots. Best to just move on and be thankfull it wasnt red.

Uhhh ? pos feedback with neg comment ? I think it's either an error or false pos.

Of course I see your point, sellers leave false pos but buyers have choice of dot selected.

OP, as other have said it's a green dot so no defects and it will go unnoticed.

Interesting thought, I wonder if ebay would consider a false positive from a buyer.

Weird i contacted the buyer and he said he made a mistake sent me the wrong feedback, he also said very sorry and i asked him if he would fix it, can it be fixed i like my perfect record cheers.

The buyer can add another comment under his feedback-a follow up.

But I wouldn't be too worried if he doesn't.

The normal way to look up FB is to click on the neg or neutral total & that brings them up, but as yours is a positive, it won't show and people won't notice it once it is off page 1.

If they do, they will realise anyway that it does not compute.

No way would I add a followup nor ask the buyer to leave one either, it would just draw attention to the negative remark which is unlikely to be seen by most and of those few the number deciding not to buy because of it would be infinitesimal.
