    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think this has been an on and off glitch recently, as I have noticed a few sellers saying buyers have contacted them after getting that error, but no one could figure out why. Although, if you're using the cart (where purchase and payment is done at the same time) it might pop up with that if the seller has any blocks in place that activate, which could be something like a regional block even though the seller posts to other locations in Australia.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Had the same thing happen to me today on a $3 item, I just removed the buyer blocks and immediate payment option, but haven't heard back from the buyer yet.</description>
