Promotion question

I usually use Markdown Manager to set up sales of specific items. I know that you can only run a sale every 7 days on the same item, or if the item price changes.

So my question is -

If I want to set up a General Promotion ie: Spend $60 and get $10 off (or whatever), will ALL my items qualify, even if some of the prices were recently changed and/or they were recently on sale?

Yes 🙂 - I'm currently running a percentage-off discount promotion after a minimum spend, and bulk edited every listing in the promotion last night (I changed all my postage options, to increase registered since I still had the pricing from before the last price rise, plus added express), which in markdown manager would have removed all items from the sale, but the promo is still active.
