selling before item ends

I am selling an item without a buy now option. A buyer wants to offer me an amount (which I am happy to accept) however the item sale doesn't end for 3 days.

How do I organise this? End the sale early or revise it to have a buy now option and get them to accept?

If there are no bids, you can revise the item and add a buy it now option, as long as the BIN price is at least 30% higher than the auction start price (that means at least $104 for the jacket, and at least $71.50 for the necklace).

Sorry - I meant to add that if the agreed amount is less than that, your best option is to end the item and relist as Buy It Now at the agreen price.
