Is messaging playing up?

Since about 4pm Friday I have been having problems reading messages in the My Ebay. I keep getting 'page not avaible' and I am having to refresh up to 10x every time I get a new message anyone else having problems?

Same. Click Messages or My Messages or the little bell icon on the top right, session times out every time.

Only way to see, view, answer or access messages is through my email system.

If I send a reply, before it times out, which has only worked once, I click send a copy to my email.

That way I get a record.

What is going on ebay?

Please hurry up and fix this.

You are holding up our sales process ad certainly holding up our payments when they want to ask something before paying.

I use firefox and the message system times out every time, as she said, since late Friday. Unable to access, view, or reply to messages before time-out. Holding up our payments and questions notifications.

Use your email provider inbox to view messages which went to ebay from members and from ebay.

When you reply click to send a copy to your email box so you get a record kept that way.

I thought of that, works.

Not good enough ebay we are losing sales due to unable to access messages to answer them before sale ends, unable to get paid as they want to ask about other items or pick up.

Holding up the works.

Disappointed? Angry ! Not fair, losing watchers whose questions don't get answered because messages don't get received.

OK....if I can open mine, does that mean it might be regional...I'm in Adelaide. The only 'glitch' I have is that I can't 'sell similar'....screen takes me to sign-in EVERY time, over & over

I've just checked my messaes and it seems to be working as normal.

What I have noticed in the last few minutes, usually it says G'day Sandra but now it has my eBay ID up there.

Maybe the Friday afternoon gremlins have come back for a bit!!

When that happens to me I always log out of ebay as I keep thinking my account has been hacked as this is what happened back when ebay actually got hacked and we all had to change our passwords.
