So they'll be changing their policies?

Not allowed: Any items which, because of their nature or because of the item description, appear to be designed for use in sexual/adult activity, including sex toys, used underwear and items used for bondage or S & M activities

They must be making money from the Chinese sellers that have ignored the policies in the past,(hence the

rewarding with their own categories).

Ethics is one thing that this site/company has never had,(as long as they make money it will be allowed)

In Sex Toys and Fantasy, Fetish & Accessories categories you must specify the item type. This is so that we can ensure items appear in the correct categories, providing the best buyer experience. Some additional requirements will apply to listings in these categories; for example, you may only offer postage within Australia.

Sounds like they really want to improve the buyer experience!

Could have been auto correct on a phone.

It would be nice if they told you what the new sub categories would be because my categories are mentioned on the list. I've been waiting to get similar sub categories that you see on other eBay sites, but still not confident I'll get them with this update either. Still, at least we know we can legally offload all our sex toys and fetish clothing now. That's all that matters.

Ha had to contact Ebay customer service to have inaopriate negative feedback removed, which they did in a flash, nice one, was discussing the new changes with the Ebay representive, she said bythe way you know you can now sell sex toys on Ebay, she was giggling at the same time, i replied yes might have to offload some of mine there as well.
