Turbo Lister and current listings

I don't use Turbo Lister much only to relist an item if I get it back in Stock.

I recently had a Multiple listing with 1 item being sold, it was a Size 14 which I new I did not have in stock as I had recently sold this item a couple of months earlier!

Of course I contacted the Buyer and Refunded, and will get a Defect as Had to State "Out of Stock"

I checked on my Watch list and found the same item in that size stating it was in fact" Out of Stock"

The only thing I can think of was that I "synced" all of my Current listings recently with Turbo Lister.

when you Sync does it Sync all the items from Ebay to Turbo Lister, or the other way around.

That is the only thing I can think of that would account for the the Out of Stock Item being available.

i think it synchronisies the latest date for each listing.

I could be wrong, as I only use TL to set up listings prior to going live, and never relist from it. In fact I delete listings in TL as soon as I upload them
