Do you mean to an item that is already listed?

The easiest option is to upload to eBay's image gallery, and you can add extra photos if you revise the listing.

Though, if this is for the auction you currently have listed, there are very few changes at all you can make because it has bids.

You can add more information, and that will appear as a note underneath the original description. You should be able to add an image there by using the HTML tab (i.e. if your image is uploaded to a site like Photobucket, you can grab the HTML code from Photobucket, then paste it into the HTML editor when revising the listing).

Just be carefull with selling that phone as they are a target for scammers.
