how to send buyer return tracking label

Other than going to paypal to get buyers payment email (which is not necessarily their preffered email) to directly send a label PDF, how can you do it within the Ebay system seeing as you cant attached PDF to messages nor include email adresses in messages? Once original item is posted buyers email seems to disappear from Order details

I have just checked several of my already received and feedback left transactions and the buyers email address is still showing if I click on the dollar sign in SM

You can create an image of the label from the PDF and send that through eBay messages (I think last time I did that I just used the snipping tool, and the buyer printed it from the image I sent, which turned out the same as the ones I print from the PDF).

Buyer emails are still displayed via Selling Manager, as well. If you go to 'Paid & Sent', you'll see the addresses right after their user ID.

I archive sent items, so paid and sent folder is empty,. I guess if i returned the item to sold folder it would appear there. I have the email, so its no big deal, but i am surprised they dont have an easy way to do it since they ask you to do it as part of the returns process.
