Did anyone scroll to the bottom of the emails for 20% off when using Click & Collect? It's got a section that says "Free returns on pretty much everything". Even when you click on the link to see how it works, it's still very misleading and would give buyers the impression that it applies to all sellers.

It does say it only applies if the seller accepts returns but it's done in such a way that a buyer could easily miss that bit. It's only when you read the terms & conditions (and how many buyers bother doing that?) that it spells out that it only applies if the seller accepts returns.
