      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did anyone scroll to the bottom of the emails for 20% off when using Click &amp;amp; Collect? It's got a section that says "Free returns on pretty much everything". &amp;nbsp;Even when you click on the link to see how it works, it's still very misleading and would give buyers the impression that it applies to all sellers. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does say it only applies if the seller accepts returns but it's done in such a way that a buyer could easily miss that bit. &amp;nbsp;It's only when you read the terms &amp;amp; conditions (and how many buyers bother doing that?) that it spells out that it only applies if the seller accepts returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
