what should I do now?

I have just noticed I have sold an item, it hasn't been paid for yet.

They live in Russia, and I only post to Australia.

I have messaged the buyer and told them I only post to Australia, but what else should I do?

Should I cancel the order?

If you are not going to post it then cancel it.

Also when relisting make sure to tick all the boxes for countries excluded.

That way International buyers cannot bid or buy.

I always tick "no international post"

Ticking no international posting in the listing isn't enough. You need to adjust your postage preferences to block outside countries, and you also need to set your buyer requirement blocks to block people in a location you don't post to. Once you've done that, you shouldn't have any more issues with overseas people buying because they won't be able to bid/buy.

You don't need to exclude specific countries if you only want to post to Aus. Make sure all your listings say no international postage then go into your seller preferences and tick the box that says to block members who have a primary delivery address you do not post to (or words to that effect)
