Take a screen shot of the phone app that says the listings are free, then if you get charged fees advise ebay that you have a screen shot stating you can list for free. It's a pain, yes, but at least the fees should be credited. I'm having similar issues. Unlimited free listings with no FVFs yet got charged. I take a screen shot of the promos and then advise eBay.

Free Listings?

Last week there was a promotion for free listings which ended midnight Friday night. On my phone app it is continuing to show as free to list even though the promotion is over. Is this a trick to get me to list & then charge an insertion fee? I recently had to call Ebay to have $93 worth of fees refunded. I would be grateful for some help.

If it is the 100 per day, they renew every day until eBay take them away.

Check the fees before you hit list - that will tell you.
