i cannot think what this type of dress is called.

its long - like right to the floor made of cotton and it has a boob tube attached with elastic all around it.

I'm not sure if that dress style has a specific name, but I can name the individual styles, which might help. i.e. Full length dresses are generally called a maxi dress (unless the cut is a more specific style), and what you describe sounds like a ruched, strapless bodice.

Try searching for strapless maxi dress and see if that gets the results you're looking for.
