Received an email from eBay this morning "List & Sell Your Pre-Loved Items for $1* Only on Sundays".

That sounds a good offer, checked the Terms and Conditions and looked like would be good for me.

Clicked the "Take Up Offer" link and a new tab opened with this message "Unfortunately, this promotional offer is not available to you."

Then why make the offer in the first place? That sort of behaviour is just designed to tee people off.

I contacted ebay Live Chat. Was told there is a technical issue. I asked, "so if list my items and they sell and am charged full FVFs, I can request a credit?" Was told yes I can list and yes I can get a credit. (Have it in writing rather than phone call, because last time I requested a credit via phone call (on a different matter) was told she would process the credit. 4 weeks later contacted help via email and they told me I would not be getting a credit as the offer CS officer told me the wrong advice!
