July 2018 Sales Reports late ?

Good Morning All,

I'm wondering if anyone else is missing their Sales Reports Plus.

My last monthly report was in June 2018 and the weekly options go up until the week 29 July to 4 August.

The new (for me) Seller Hub still shows the Sales Report Plus as an option under Selling Tools, so I'm assuming they haven't deleted it.

Yes the same thing has happened to me, last report is June. I have a bad feeling they are retiring it.

Noticed this too.

eBay advise there is a glitch and they are working to have it resolved.

No mention was made of retiring this tool.

I've just checked my August invoice and I've been charged for the Sales Report Plus.

I wonder if there'll be a refund if there is no August Sales Report available due to glitch??

Jo, If you call them they may issue a refund as a courtesy.

This has been going on for a while now. I didn't get a July report either.
