Got scammed by the buyer and final decision was imade within 12 mins in favor of buyer. What's the process to get reversed?

BBB?

small claim court?

State Consumer Protection Division?

Anyone has higher level manager's email addresses?

As you are registered in the USA, it would be better to ask on the eBay forum there

I have no idea how it works in America, but eBay Australia (the forum you are posting on) eBay 99.9% side with the buyer

They could be the biggest scammer ever to use eBay,and still be rewarded

Here in Australia, you'd be wasting your time. I don't know what it's like where you are. Dogs breakfast here. I currently have a case open against me. I know I'll lose, buyer protection and all, but when the buyer attempts a scam, I like to draw out the process lol make them wait. They get quite abusive when you turn it back on them 😂 Never make it easy for them and on occasion it might time out and you'll win. Don't hold your breath though

How big was the purchase?

Your best bet, before you try outside legal things, might be to contact ebay chat. I was going to say ring but apparently there is only online chat available at the moment.

Have your facts ready in order, be polite, keep to the key points and they may at least reimburse you, you never know till you try.

From what i have read from others, emails rarely work, you would most likely just get a stock answer.
