Invoice Issue with Combination

Hi All,

So I am trying to combine postage for a buyer, and I have an issue where I select a bunch of items, hit invoice, but the WRONG items show up selected.
They're items from a previous invoice I have already sent.
I have cleared the Cache of both Chrome and Edge to see if that will fix it, but with no luck, I have restarted my computer and everything, hoping it was just some cookies causing the issues.

Example
Invoice 1 I have
Product 1
Product 2
Product 3

I got to make a new Invoice with
Product 4
Product 5
Product 6

I only have the 3 selected

When I get to the invoice Page, the first 3 products are displayed, and not the new ones.
The old ones are NOT selected when I hit Send Invoice.
