Your last feedback as a seller was more than a year ago

Just like everybody else, eBay consider you a new seller

As for the ‘making money’ line, those not thinking the same rules ought to apply to them posting the same comment does not make it true

It does not matter how long you have been a member, nor does inflating your transaction score by including feedback as a buyer count. Buyers can only get 100% positive so that is also irrelevant

Nor is it our business, given this is a member to member forum eBay do not read

Your length of time and feedback is utterly irrelevant.

Ebay introduced Managed Payments more than 2.5 years ago.

Assuming you are fully signed up and verified, one would assume that you had read the terms of conditions to which you agreed. Namely, that as an infrequent seller, you will need to prove yourself to Ebay, by sending the item within your handling time and tracked (preferably). You money is on hold for the 30 days in case a dispute is opened against you.

These conditions will persist for around 3 months, after which your funds will be sent according to the payout schedule you set in your seller hub.

If you stop selling and come back to Ebay in several months time, you will face the same situation.
