Help! What does "keyword spamming" mean

Hi. Can someone please tell me what keyword spamming means? Apparently I'm guilty of it but I don't know what I've done wrong, or what KS is so I can fix it. I'm loathe to ring CS because I am a little hard of hearing and can't understand people on the phone properly sometimes. Thanks.

Keyword Spamming is when you mention more than one brand name in your title/description or if you compare your item to another brand, i.e. similar to Nike, or words to that effect:-) Sadly your listing/s will be removed and you will receive a Policy Violation.
